The driver side window regulator went out - so its all unplugged right now.Have not had the time to get it replaced yet, but l need to put gas in the car - any ideas on how to open the gas tank?

most vehicles have a emergency manual release in the trunk.

u could always just remove the switch itself(from the door panel) & plug it in. or u could use a jumper wire & go across the leads that plugs into the switch. otherwise u would have to pull back the trunk liner (carpeting?) over by the fuel door flap. the fuel door actuator sits right there & has a couple of screws holding it in. remove this & u can get in.

l personally would just go with the first suggestion. u could always just kinda hold the door panel in place for a minute while u plug the switch in. once the fuel door is open unplug the switch & put the door panel where ever u had it.
