hook a bungie cord to wiper. Hook the other end of bungie to a stationary object directly behind the car. Turn car on, put in drive and move car forward.

Remove wiper arm cover over the washer jet, and 13mm nut on wiper arm. Remove wiper arm. One Phillips screw in each handle hole on interior trim on lift gate, two more at either end of trim where it meets the trim that is on the sides of the rear window. Carefully pull the lift gate trim off of the lift gate, disconnect hose for washer fluid, disconnect harness from wiper motor, remove 3 securing nuts. That should be all that holds the motor in.
